About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Manager to join our Business and Corporate Procurement team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of large, complex agreements and driving cost savings across our UK CSG/Contact Centre landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement process for large, complex agreements, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Analyse third-party spend and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to address unaddressed areas of spend.
- Work closely with procurement and business colleagues across the wider Group, including teams in Italy, Germany, and the US.
- Mitigate risks associated with the current market and trends.
- Deliver defined savings targets and cost transformation programs across all spend categories under management.
