Job Title: Electrify Video Partners - Physics Scriptwriter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced scriptwriter to join our team at Electrify Video Partners. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our expertise in physics, maths, and engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics, maths, or engineering, as well as exceptional writing and storytelling skills. They will work closely with our producer to produce high-quality scripts, storyboards, and videos that engage and educate our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our expertise in physics, maths, and engineering.
  • Write and edit scripts, storyboards, and videos that meet our quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with our producer to plan and execute productions, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Manage all aspects of the production process, including post-production and distribution, to optimize content for YouTube and other social media platforms.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in physics, maths, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in long-form or feature science communication, preferably with knowledge of science YouTube content.
  • A portfolio showcasing writing ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
