About the Role:

The VCS Liaison Officer plays a crucial role in enhancing collaboration between Lambeth Council and the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) in the Borough. This position has significant potential to drive positive change across the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and monitor data related to social value outcomes from the VCS portfolio.
  • Develop technical property skills and knowledge by supporting the sector with property advice, alongside the Council's managing agents.

Requirements:

  • A collaborative mindset, great communication and analysis skills.
  • Understanding commercial property and knowledge of key landlord & tenant and health & safety legislation would be advantageous.
