We are seeking a highly skilled Immunopeptidomics Expert to join our mission in developing bi-specific, T-cell engagers targeting cancer-specific Dark Antigens. As a key member of our scientific team, you will be responsible for driving scientific innovation and collaboration with computational and wet lab functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of mass spectrometry scientists, driving their growth and aligning the team's development with Enara Bio's R&D goals.
Scientific Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with computational and wet lab functions to develop innovative solutions for antigen discovery and protein characterization.
  • Develop and implement new methodologies for identifying and characterizing novel peptide-HLA antigens.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier scientific journals to advance the field of immunopeptidomics.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mass spectrometry and immunopeptidomics.
  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation using software such as MASCOT, Sequest, or SpectrumMill.
  • Strong publication record in top-tier scientific journals.
