We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to develop into a team leader for candidates with the right skills and attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate precision-engineered products for the construction sector using MIG and TIG welding, operating press brakes, and working with measurements to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Build and insulate aluminium housings, ensuring products are watertight and airtight.
  • Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout production.
  • Have the potential to step into a leadership role, guiding and motivating team members effectively.

Requirements

  • Fabrication skills: Previous experience with MIG or TIG welding and it is also desirable to have experience within press brake operation.
  • Strong mathematical skills: Comfortable working with precise measurements.
  • Professional demeanour: Organised, reliable, and a strong communicator with good people skills.
  • Leadership ability: Firm but fair, able to lead and inspire a team with integrity.
