Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our Womenswear team on the 3rd floor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and sharing product knowledge to create memorable experiences.
  • Conduct sales, refunds, and exchanges, offering alternative solutions and online services when necessary.
  • Maintain high retail standards, including selling and replenishing stock, organizing rails, and hosting.
  • Manage and oversee stock in your department, from unpacking deliveries to completing audits and maintaining the stock room.
  • Adapt to changing demands, working in different departments and taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with you.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors.
  • Follow health, safety, and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, engaging with diverse customers with varying needs and requirements.
  • Strong product knowledge, developed through following trends and competitor activity, as well as supplier training.
  • Sales and service expertise, delivering the extraordinary and taking the initiative to provide additional services.
  • Ability to replenish stock, maintain Selfridges standards, and inspire others to deliver the same.
  • Problem-solving skills, resolving issues for customers and adapting your approach to each individual.
  • Flexibility, taking ownership of tasks that may go beyond the role expectation.
  • Reliability and respect, embodying our values as a colleague.
