Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Repair Estimate Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our estimating staff, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying auto body repair plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CCC Change Request tool with estimating staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Review and verify repair plans to identify missing labor operations, procedures, and necessary repairs.
  • Verify accuracy of parts, materials, and labor hours on repair plans.
  • Ensure repair plans align with industry standards and insurance expectations.
  • Partner with Damage Assessment Writers, Estimators, and Store Managers to clarify and rectify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Familiarity with CCC and Mitchell estimating software is a must.
  • Knowledge of DRP requirements, processes, and procedures is essential.
  • Proficient in change requests from CCC and Mitchell Connect.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, labor procedures, and repair techniques.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Collision, insurance Industry, or related field.
  • In-depth understanding of auto body repair procedures, labor operations, and industry-standard estimating guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability to changing processes and ability to work 40 hours per week.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $50K - $70K yearly, flexible schedule with remote work opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, and more.
