Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, ensuring exceptional presentation, taste, and portioning.

  3. Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control.
  4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
  5. Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
