Job Description**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive and control deliveries of goods in accordance with established procedures.
- Beam and label products to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Prepare and process merchandise transfers and collection returns to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Organize and optimize storage space for upcoming deliveries, making improvements as needed to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure the storage and restocking of products in the warehouse and on the sales floor, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Inform sales teams of products and volumes received, as well as any shortages, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Prepare the return of goods at the end of the season, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in the preparation of sales and commercial operations, providing support and expertise as needed.
- Contribute to the development of the store/corner's performance, working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the proper application of procedures and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Report malfunctions or points for improvement to the relevant teams at headquarters, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
**Essential Skills and Experience:**
- Experience in store or department store inventory management, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to handle large volumes of merchandise, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle fragile products/textiles, with a high level of care and attention to detail.
- Rigorous and dynamic, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with method and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Good relational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to use and understand computer tools, with a basic understanding of inventory management software.
