Job Description

At News UK, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Auditor to join our Corporate Audit team. As a Senior Auditor, you will play a key role in providing assurance and advice to our businesses through a responsive, risk-based, and strategically aligned audit plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, execution, and draft reporting of internal audit projects.
  • Support advisory and other projects, including areas such as system implementation reviews, investigations, and occasional SOX support to business unit management.
  • Use your financial, technical, and analytical skills to ensure processes are understood, documented, and analyzed effectively to identify key risks.
  • Use data analytics and visualization tools to enhance audit procedures and provide meaningful, relevant insights.
  • Assist in the ongoing process of tracking open audit actions and monitor implementation of recommendations proposed by Corporate Audit, working with action owners across the business to ensure that issues are adequately addressed and risks mitigated.
Requirements:
