About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver Trainer to join our team at Realise. As a Bus Driver Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality training experiences to learners, helping them develop the skills needed to become professional Bus Drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional learning experiences, building on your extensive knowledge of what it takes to be an outstanding driver.
  • Managing a caseload of learners, enabling them to achieve all aspects of their apprenticeship, including end-point assessment.
  • Leading group training sessions, both remotely and face-to-face, utilizing a range of teaching methods to suit individual learner preferences.
  • Promoting quality in everything you do, for learners, employers, and your team.

Requirements:

  • Significant bus driving experience.
  • Valid CPC and PCV license.
  • Experience delivering training/mentoring, including practical bus driver training, classroom training, CPC Training, route learning, and vehicle familiarization.
  • Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (desirable but not essential).
