Site Manager - Principal Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our principal contractor team in the implementation of racking and sprinkler systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all site activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team on racking and sprinkler systems.
  • Manage a team of up to 50 individuals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe and productive work environment.
  • Independently manage the project from day one with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in principal contractor roles, particularly with racking and sprinkler systems.
  • SMSTS and First Aid certifications are essential.
  • Ideal qualifications include NEBOSH, IOSH, and Level 7 Construction Management.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing sites with a large workforce (up to 50 individuals).
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
