Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Structural Engineer to join our Ipswich office and contribute to the success of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing various civil and structural engineering projects, from small domestic extensions to large, multi-storey developments.

About the Role
  • You will work alongside colleagues in our local office and other parts of the Group to develop your design experience and skills.
  • With project costs up to £12m, you will have the opportunity to engage in high-value projects using the latest design software.
  • A competitive salary will be offered, commensurate with the importance of this role within our company.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, and driven individual who is eager to learn and develop their career with training support.

Key Skills
  • Degree qualified in Structural Engineering or related discipline.
  • Understanding of the use of design tools within a BIM environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.
