We are delighted to be instructed by a growing Independent and highly regarded practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and designers, based in the Cotswold District.

About the Role

Mainly carrying out building surveys, with most projects located in the Southwest of England, predominantly in the Cotswolds. The client base includes private clients, rural estates, local authorities, charities, developers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have a working knowledge of planning and heritage legislation and building regulations.
  • Onsite experience, project management & contract administration (JCT suite).
  • Building Surveys, predominantly RICS Level 3 and some Level 2. Commercial Surveys. Maintenance and dilapidations inspections, schedules, and negotiations.
