Job Requirements

This Incident Response Team Lead role requires a strong background in security and IT, with a focus on incident response and vulnerability management.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of security and IT domains, with the ability to respond to common incident/vulnerability types. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage incidents/vulnerabilities efficiently and maintain SLAs.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate queues, prioritizing incident/vulnerability response.
  • Create Management Information reports on threat trend analysis.
  • Foster recommendations into strategic plans for CDO development.
  • Develop negotiation and influencing skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in security roles focused on incident/vulnerability response.
  • BSc or higher in relevant security subjects.
  • Applicable professional qualifications, such as CISSP, GCIH, GIAC, GCFE, GREM SANS Certifications.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Security domains.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Awareness of project management techniques.
