The University of Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Associate to join our research team at the Cambridge Stem Cell Institute.

We are looking for an individual with expertise in tissue culture, bioengineering, and molecular biology techniques to work on a project aimed at understanding how whipworms invade and colonise the human gut.

As a Senior Research Associate, you will be responsible for developing and delivering this exciting research project, collaborating with other members of our group, and contributing to the advancement of our understanding of parasite infection.

This is a fixed-term position available for two and a half years, with the possibility of extension contingent on available funding and satisfactory performance.

The salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will have a strong educational background in a relevant field, such as Stem Cell Biology, Bioengineering, or Regenerative Medicine, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
