Job Title: Weekend Community Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Weekend Community Care Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in the community, helping them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support to individuals in the community
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Assist with medication management
  • Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends
  • Valid driving license
  • Compassionate and caring attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
