About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in Pembroke. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental management of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with our Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety legislation and company procedures to site management teams.
  • Deliver in-house health and safety training to employees.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Perform internal audits against IMS requirements and facilitate external auditors.
  • Liaise with client health and safety management and employee safety representatives.
  • Prepare monthly reports on site performance data for the Health and Safety Manager.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NEBOSH certificate.
  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas or Power Station sites.
  • Internal auditor qualification (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) preferred.
  • IOSH qualification preferred.
  • Valid driving licence.

Salary: £42.00 per hour, plus holiday pay.
