About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Anderselite, a national recruitment consultancy operating within the construction and built environment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting contract and permanent staff for our growing client base within the FM sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage workload from sourcing through to placement, specializing in recruiting contract and permanent staff for a growing client base within the FM sector.
  • Collaborate with consultants internally to crossover on projects where applicable.
  • Develop effective recruitment practices, updating internal CRM with key information obtained.
  • Use AI software to assist in finding the best talent in the market.
  • Utilize various tools such as internal database, external job boards, LinkedIn, etc., to grow your network.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience working as a Consultant within the recruitment industry, ideally recruiting staff within the Facilities Management market (or similar Construction sector).
  • Working knowledge of recruitment legislation, including recruitment best practices, GDPR, PAYE/Umbrella/CIS/LTD PSc Payment methods, IR35, Modern Slavery, ED&I, etc.
  • Strong technical skills, with working knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
