About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Community Food Pub in Fakenham. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, engaging with the local community, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for and develop your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee all aspects of the pub, including operations, finances, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote the pub and attract new customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
