Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Maximise profit by driving sales and controlling costs
- Process stock counts and orders
- Partner with the Store Manager to set targets for the team
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, identifying training needs
- Take ownership of customer feedback and respond in a timely manner
- Support the team with preparing food and refreshments
