Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication as required, maintaining accurate records
  • Lead a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualized care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
