Job Title: Part Time Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Associate to join our team at Ashworth and Parker Limited. As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and contributing to the success of our luxury fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
