Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Coordinator for Children's Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that safeguarding and quality assurance processes are in place to protect children and families. They will also work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement safeguarding and quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and review progress against key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with children, families, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and report any safeguarding concerns or issues.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience in safeguarding and quality assurance, particularly in children's services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
