About the Role
Coburg Banks Technical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Braintree.
This non-registered leadership role offers you the opportunity to focus on delivering exceptional client care and leading a team of care staff without the regulatory burden associated with registered roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Lead and motivate a team of care staff to provide high-quality support and care
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Maintain open communication with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
