GCSE Maths Tutor Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate GCSE Maths Tutor to join our team at Dovetail and Slate Ltd. As a Maths Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality educational programmes in GCSE Maths, providing support and guidance to students, and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging educational programmes in GCSE Maths, tailored to meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing challenges and fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Promote College values and adhere to safeguarding policies, ensuring a safe and respectful learning space for all.
  • Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices in Maths education.
Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Maths and a teaching qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in Maths education.
  • Bring valuable experience in teaching or relevant industry expertise, showcasing your ability to design and deliver effective educational programmes.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education, inspiring students to reach their full potential.
  • Commit to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity, creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
