About the Role:

As a Disability Assessor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, using your clinical expertise to assess their needs and develop personalized plans to support their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and mental abilities
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support clients' independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client assessments and progress
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of post-registration experience
  • NMC/HCPC registration required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
