Job Description

The Fleet Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that vehicles are properly maintained, repaired, and serviced in a timely manner. This includes overseeing repairs and servicing, coordinating with vendors and dealerships, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the repair and servicing of vehicles to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.
  2. Oversee TFL inspection days at our hub to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Audit and maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including location, status, and condition.
  4. Manage the installation and calibration of Geotab telematics systems in vehicles to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  5. Perform regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
  6. Prepare and manage keys and documentation related to vehicles, including V5C, MOTs, insurance, and inspection reports.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a valid full UK driver's license. The ideal candidate will be comfortable commuting and working out of our Cricklewood Hub.

Salary and Benefits
