**Job Title:** Lead Dental Nurse

**Location:** Marylebone, London

**Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dental nurses and ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dental nurses and ensure that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent patient care
  • Ensure that all dental procedures are carried out safely and efficiently
  • Manage audits and quality control processes to ensure that our practice meets the highest standards
  • Oversee reception and staff rotas to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate records of treatment plans
  • Set up decontamination of instruments and ensure that all equipment is properly sterilized
  • Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists and undertake some reception duties
  • Undertake some administrative tasks such as updating patient records and managing stock levels
  • Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Provide excellent patient care and work closely with dentists to deliver outstanding results

Requirements:

  • GDC Registered
  • Predominantly dentally experienced
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and bank holidays
