At Ad Warrior, we are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Workforce Development Specialist to join our team. As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of becoming an outstanding education and training provider.

Estimated Salary: £22,256 per annum + benefits

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a dynamic individual who can help us recruit, train, and develop talented individuals to join our existing teams.
  • Your main objective will be to assist in the coordination of apprenticeships, ensuring that all aspects of the program run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate apprenticeship programs, including recruitment, induction, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including trainers, managers, and apprentices, to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and educational institutions to promote apprenticeships and increase participation.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of the apprenticeship program.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in workforce development, training, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
