As a key member of Exeter's top regional law firm, you will have the opportunity to work in their dynamic Social Housing property department. This exciting role involves a wide range of challenging matters including individual acquisitions and sales, plot sales, shared ownership transactions, lease extensions, Land Registry applications, and general property transactions.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone with existing legal experience in property departments who has a strong interest in property law. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting lawyers with property matters, assisting the team in delivering a professional and proactive service to clients, and providing general administrative support.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with sales, acquisitions, leases, and general property transactions is highly desirable.
  • An enthusiasm for property law, supported by studies or qualifications, is essential.
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a confident outgoing manner are required.

Compensation Package:

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000.
  • The firm offers 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays, birthday off after 5 years' service, and extra 2 paid CSR days.
  • Other benefits include holiday trading scheme, life assurance, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, long service rewards, Mindful Manager, free fruit, and season ticket loan scheme.
