Job Title: Site Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Cleaner to join our team in maintaining a clean and organized environment for our clients in Welwyn Garden City.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness. As a Site Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and janitorial duties to ensure a safe and sanitary space for all occupants.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
  • Empty and dispose of trash and recycling materials
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other fixtures
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required
  • Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
  • Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

The candidate will need safety shoes.
