Become a Bakery Chef de Partie at Hide Restaurant
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bakery Chef de Partie to join our team at Hide Restaurant, a renowned culinary destination in London.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of desserts and pastries, from classic cakes and tarts to innovative show-stoppers. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, as well as collaborate with other staff members to ensure exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing new dessert and pastry menus
- Leading a team of junior chefs to achieve excellent results
- Providing guidance and support to colleagues
- Contributing to menu planning and inventory management
Estimated salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
