About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Grant Operations to join our dynamic team at Grantify.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Service Delivery for our Grants service in the UK and the US.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company with ambitious plans to raise $1 billion in funding and become the number one funding launchpad globally.

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus benefits including private medical insurance, 25 days annual leave, and a generous setup budget for a comfortable and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To implement and refine processes to improve efficiency productivity and scalability as Grantify expands in the UK and the US.
  2. To take ownership of service delivery tools and systems driving improvement and efficiency as we scale.
  3. To oversee own and report on service delivery KPIs including: number of applications submitted, client velocity targets, client health scores, client response time SLAs, refund totals and service delivery gross margin.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Customer Success or Service Delivery function in a consultancy or SaaS product business.
  • Experience as the Head of Department for a Customer Success function in a consultancy or SaaS product business.
  • Expert-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
