Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at CooperVision. As a key member of our EMEA legal team, you will provide legal advice and support to the business on commercial and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to the business on commercial and operational matters.
  • Support local market regions within EMEA and across CooperVision as needed.
  • Be the first point of contact for all legal matters arising in the designated market regions.
  • Provide guidance and support on all legal matters in the designated market regions.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams, including advising on EMEA promotions, campaigns, and advertising.
  • Instruct and manage external counsel, where required.
  • Support all enabling functions on legal issues.
