Job Description:

As an Energy Efficiency Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of air source heat pump systems. Your expertise and knowledge in heating systems will play a vital role in our efforts to promote sustainable and energy-efficient heating solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of ASHP heating systems to ensure their optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct thorough fault finding and diagnostics to identify the root cause of system failures or performance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed, including details of equipment used and work completed.
• Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and offering professional advice on energy-efficient heating solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to ASHP systems and renewable energy technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Heating Engineer/Gas Engineer and ideally with ASHP experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Technical knowledge of heating systems/air source heat pump systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and health and safety guidelines pertaining to heating systems and ASHP's.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel to different sites local to you, as required.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + Travel pay.
