As a Grounds Maintenance Operative at Sodexo, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our site's greenery, ensuring it looks its best at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining pathways, driveways, and outdoor spaces
  • Assisting with landscape improvement projects
  • Ensuring the site's greenery is well-manicured
  • Following safety and hazard prevention procedures
  • Upholding cleanliness standards

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of gardening solutions and their uses
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to shifting priorities
