Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Location: London, Greater London (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Executive Integrity, a global executive search and recruitment consultancy dedicated to creating a more sustainable world by focusing on talent within the Maritime and Renewable Energy sectors.

About the Role:

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in crafting commercial proposals and providing high-level technical advice to clients on Rotor Sail implementation, including rotor positioning and installation challenges, in collaboration with the Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in crafting commercial proposals
  • Provide high-level technical advice to clients on Rotor Sail implementation
  • Conduct Fuel Saving Assessments (FSA)
  • Manage the handover of new projects to the project team for implementation
  • Build and maintain relationships with technical leaders at client/partner sites
  • Manage the company CRM system

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in marine engineering/technology or Naval Architecture
  • A sincere interest in the shipping industry
  • A strong technical background with experience in B2B sales
  • Proficiency in Matlab and CAD
  • Client-facing experience with strong relationship-building skills
  • Cross-cultural awareness and commercial acumen
