Job Title: Site Manager

Ridgeway and Co are partnering with a leading commercial contractor to find a skilled Site Manager for a project in Croydon, with a salary of up to £60,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial projects, with a minimum of 5 years' involvement in similar projects. They will be responsible for ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget, attending and leading meetings with specialist subcontractors, and reporting progress to senior management.

The Site Manager will also be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are consistently followed and will handle other project packages as the work advances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial projects from start to finish
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Lead and attend meetings with subcontractors
  • Report progress to senior management
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
  • Experience managing commercial projects
  • Minimum of 5 years' involvement in commercial projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire for a permanent role
  • Hands-on approach to project management
  • Excellent organisational and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills
