Front of House Manager Liaison

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Front of House Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and our colleagues. Your administrative expertise will ensure that our care home runs efficiently and effectively, providing a high-quality service to all who use our facilities.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide outstanding customer care to residents and their families, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- To manage the day-to-day administration of the care home, including rotas, timesheets, and other tasks as required.
- To build strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- To identify opportunities for growth and development within the care home, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer care and building strong relationships.
- Excellent administrative skills, with experience of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
