About the Role

We are recruiting for a High Voltage Technologist to join our team at HM Prison Erlestoke. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including high-voltage equipment
  • Conducting regular safety inspections and reporting any issues or concerns
  • Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operation of the facility

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation
  • Experience working with high-voltage equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Working Environment

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, with occasional overtime required. We offer a competitive salary of £39,333.37 per annum, plus overtime payments after 6 months.
