Senior Engineering Manager

ERIKS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and facilities team in Cardiff. As a key member of our management structure, you will be responsible for managing the full team, comprising of HSEQA, Engineering Workshop Operations, and Commercial and Administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and understand customer service levels, ensuring work is delivered to the quoted price and lead time, and meeting contractual responsibilities.
- Manage the workshop facility, site services teams, and Commercial/Administration functions.
- Monitor staffing levels, skill set, and flexibility of the workforce to ensure it matches the requirements of the target customers.
- Develop technical understanding of manufacturing within the engineering industry.
- Plan activities and projects well in advance, taking account of possible changing circumstances.
- Take responsibility for actions, projects, and people.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
