Regenerative Agriculture Professional

We are seeking a Regenerative Agriculture Professional to join our team in Hampshire, UK. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regenerative agriculture principles and be passionate about sustainable farming practices.

• Develop and implement sustainable growing practices to ensure high-quality produce.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of crop planning, harvesting, and sales data.
• Contribute to the development of new products and services.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial organic growing.
• Degree or equivalent in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus benefits including paid holiday, pension scheme, and access to free vegetables.
