We are currently seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our client's team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to provide senior nursing leadership within a modern mental health treatment facility.

About the Role

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team and supporting the Clinical Lead and Unit Manager. You will also be expected to step in as deputy in the ward manager's absence, ensuring the smooth operation of the unit. Additionally, you will serve as a role model for the nursing team, demonstrating core values and a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
