Talent Acquisition Manager Role

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading professional services organization to find a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values innovation and excellence. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing and implementing effective strategies to attract top talent, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Leadership team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to identify top talent.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Manage the recruitment budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Manage a team of junior recruitment professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to ensure that the organization remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
