Job Overview

Sodexo is seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Specialist to join our team at Swinton Barracks in Perham Down. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service to our armed forces personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food to the highest standard
  • Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
  • Improve and maximize the use of existing stocks where necessary
  • Collaborate with the FOH team to drive service excellence
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations
Requirements
  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menu production and confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking
  • The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
