Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Jade Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate recording of inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute warehouse activities related to goods receipt, goods put away, order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse environment.
  • Ensure the highest possible stock availability of Spares Kits and Assemblies, including the maintenance of work instructions and process sheets.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Ability to work within a friendly team environment.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and get involved in various tasks.
  • Forklift experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous warehouse experience is highly beneficial.
  • Great attitude towards work and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive rate of £13.84 per hour, with overtime rates of £18.38 for anything over 40 hours in a week. Our shift pattern alternates between 6am-2pm and 2pm-8pm, Monday to Friday.
