We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as a Functional Assessor. About the Role

As a Paramedic Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough, holistic assessments with individuals who have a diverse range of health conditions. You will use your clinical expertise to gather information and make informed decisions about their eligibility for PIP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough, holistic assessments with individuals who have physical and/or mental health conditions
  • Use your clinical expertise to gather information and make informed decisions about eligibility for PIP
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive assessments
  • Develop and maintain accurate, detailed reports of assessments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC or HCPC registration as a Paramedic
  • At least 1 year's post-registration experience as a Paramedic in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
