About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Solutions Architect to join our team at BCN Group. As a key member of our solutioning team, you will be responsible for leading our approach to engaging with clients and prospective clients, evangelizing Power Platform, SharePoint, AI, and associated technology stacks.

As a Power Platform Solutions Architect, you will collaborate closely with senior members of the BCN solutioning team and the Business Solutions department to deliver complex, cross-stack solutions. You will be accountable for architecting solutions that meet client requirements, leading architectural design sessions, and developing proof of concepts/pilots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client-facing role, understanding customer requirements and architecting solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead architectural design sessions, develop proof of concepts/pilots, and implement projects.
  • Passionate advocate of AI and generative content within and beyond the scope of Power Platform.
  • Accountable for all Presales activities, including client 1-2-1s, demos, and technical conferences.
  • Deliver solution documents outlining client requirements, with clear deliverable architectures and effort estimations.
  • Support the BCN definition and communication of the Power Platforms' vision, roadmap, and positioning.
  • Identify client patterns and common requirements for potential BCN product development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Power Platform, SharePoint, and Azure development and deployment.
  • Active Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certification (PL-600).
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform licencing, principles, practices, and tools.
  • Passionate about creating innovative and impactful solutions for clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
