We are excited to announce the opening of our new nursery in Chinnor, building on our successful model in Wendover.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Chinnor. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Ensure staff/child ratios are maintained at all times
  • Undertake observations to inform our curriculum and support children's learning
  • Supervise meal times and ensure children's physical and emotional needs are met
  • Attend and participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Be a key person to a small number of children, building strong relationships and supporting their development
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to our nursery's policies and procedures
